Nuts and Volts went above an beyond. Two furniture dollies were requested with our order. Though Nuts and Volts had submitted a request for these items, UHaul had not fulfilled the order so none were available. Nuts and Volts therefore graciously loaned out 2 of their personal dollies. MATTHEW Ethe cargo van was extremely dirty, covered in salt and dirt, the front grill had 2" think of this muck. The windows, mirrors and backup camera were so bad I could not use them. I had to wash off as much as possible in the freezing cold to be able to even utilize the van. I had called and made a complaint to UHaul and sent a couple of photos. Also when I picked up the van, I asked don't you wash these vehicles and I got a very curt answer "no we don't wash them." The worst customer service. I feel I am owed something from UHaul
