The employees at the store are always very nice. I have rented here before with no problems. Most recently, the truck i had was dirty, had an odd smell and the drivers side door didn't seal properly. For 5 hours of highway driving, i listened to wind howling in my ear. I could not hear my gps over the noise. I returned the truck a day before it was due, with a quarter tank of gas over what was in it when i picked it up. I was charged overage for mileage to the tune of $50 but no consideration for the early return, extra gas or condition of the truck.
