- My original location was changed for pick up - Not Piggly Wiggly but the customer service rep for U-Haul talk to was rude and short - The app was incredibly hard to navigate through. I’ll probably go through Penske next time. Sure they’re a little more expensive, but this was a terrible experience.

There was a couple items and a small swept up pile of debris in the back that should have been taken care of prior to my rental period but I considered that minor.
Michael OThe customer service at this location was horrible. All I need, was to help me get into the truck I had already reserved but, they opened a whole new reservation and made me stand there waiting while the clock was ticking. I lost 2 hours trying to get this truck picked up and my return time was never changed. They were rude, disrespectful and they were not well trained in gore to get my request done.
Debbie MWhen I picked up vehicle it only had about a 1/4 tank of fuel and I made sure that’s what was in it when dropped off.
