Truck was filthy in the back and the front all the tires except 1 was half flat no air pump at the location refused to switch the truck to a different one forced to drive that truck 3km in the opposite direction of where I needed to go to spend $20 on air for the tires so the truck would be safe to drive. Check in was disorganized as well.

The inside of the truck was so dirty we had to use a snow shovel to scrape away the filth before we could use it. Fortunately we took photos because we were otherwise going to be charged a cleaning fee at the drop off location.
