To start off, when we arrived (9:20am), we said we had a reservation. He grabbed his laptop and went on to do whatever he had to do. A link was text to me which did not work. When you took a picture like it had us do, it would go back to the start every time. Then eventually the phone blocked the camera for security. We tried on a second phone and it kept taking you back to the beginning every time. We couldn't understand what the worker was saying due to his lack of English speaking, which caused a little extra frustration. He proceeded to do the pictures on his phone and it still wouldn't work. He asked us several times for our names and phone numbers to put in the computer. After nearly 30 minutes, he called someone else for support which didn't help. I set our pick up time to be 30 minutes before our reserved time for the elevator for a move was now losing time. This work on the computer was now going on an hour since we arrived. We finally got the keys after an hour and 10 minutes. We went out to the truck and to say that it was dirty was an understatement. There was mud on both driver and passenger side. I wasn't expecting spotless but it would have been nice to maybe take out the mats and hose them down. The cup holder was disgusting to say the least. There was sticky dried liquid all over it and the dash was filthy. I can understand a little dust or dirt but this was terrible. I had a reservation number that I tried to show him but he didn't care about that. My husband was on with the corporate office for about 30 minutes during all this and that did nothing as well. I have to say that this was the worst experience that I have ever had getting a uhaul truck. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

It was challenging to back the truck out of the initial parking space as the truck was parked up close to a bigger U-Haul truck that completely blocked my view of cars pulling up quickly to the gas pumps. Separating the trucks by a few parking spots would be much better.
Jason ETruck was filthy in the back and the front all the tires except 1 was half flat no air pump at the location refused to switch the truck to a different one forced to drive that truck 3km in the opposite direction of where I needed to go to spend $20 on air for the tires so the truck would be safe to drive. Check in was disorganized as well.
Katherine OThe inside of the truck was so dirty we had to use a snow shovel to scrape away the filth before we could use it. Fortunately we took photos because we were otherwise going to be charged a cleaning fee at the drop off location.
