The guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing so he had to call another guy over to figure it out which cut int our time with the vehicle. Also the truck itself steering was terrible the power steering is gone it needs to be fixed but there were no other trucks available so we just had to use the broken truck.

Make sure your equipment is working . Make sure your employee are on time and wifi working. Make sure window wiper blade not broken and snow removed around vehicle for inspection.
Melony HWell for one the extra charges upon drop off were not both warranted. Yes the fuel charge I will accept but the charge for extra km is not okay considering it says I used 66 km when the odometer clearly states I used 40 km. So watch out because they try and squeeze you where you can. Would stray away from location, if not I would look closely and question everything. I won’t be returning.
