Person was 15 minutes late to open the store and took forever to get the system opened and working. Took almost an hour. Uhaul was very dirty in the driver area definitely never wiped down. Would never use this location again..... idk if i will ever use uhaul again this experience sucked so much. I was late for my move in time and limited time using the elevator because of this.

The staff was super friendly and answer all questions. Just have to go over how to return the truck in better details. I dropped the key off and didn't take photos. If I understood to take photos before I dropped the key off I would have been able to take pictures of odometer and gas have as u-haul requested

Pranim CThe guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing so he had to call another guy over to figure it out which cut int our time with the vehicle. Also the truck itself steering was terrible the power steering is gone it needs to be fixed but there were no other trucks available so we just had to use the broken truck.
