The employee was very helpful, but u haul as a company has got to stop letting the bottom 10% of IQ make things difficult for everyone else… my reservation was an hour late because the person returning it after hours didn’t complete the return process on their own. The poor clerk had to do it, and that wasn’t his job. This is the second time I’ve had a delay in U-Haul because someone doesn’t have basic human decency or a brain. As a company, find a way to punish the morons so the smart people don’t get more work.

Person was 15 minutes late to open the store and took forever to get the system opened and working. Took almost an hour. Uhaul was very dirty in the driver area definitely never wiped down. Would never use this location again..... idk if i will ever use uhaul again this experience sucked so much. I was late for my move in time and limited time using the elevator because of this.
Hannah AThe staff was super friendly and answer all questions. Just have to go over how to return the truck in better details. I dropped the key off and didn't take photos. If I understood to take photos before I dropped the key off I would have been able to take pictures of odometer and gas have as u-haul requested
