The truck still had snow on the roof of the box, the truck was surrounded by snow and ice, was slipping just to get to the truck door, had to reverse and drive multiple times to get it out of the ice and snow, drivers visor was broken and hit me in the face while driving

The uhaul experience and speaking to customer service , they were very helpful . As far as renting from RightSpace in Londonderry, It was a hassle. There was no one there at the scheduled pick up time. Also there should have been a full tank of gas so I could accurately fill it up . Picking up the truck took a long time between downloading the app, calling U-Haul and getting the code to the gates.
