This provider is very shady not my normal choice in Gulfport. I usually use the Pass rd store snd will never repeat with this site. I had to radbise the truck was dirty then he comes out with a broom. Thing thing that bothered me the most was being TOLD I would only have 6 hrs and when I asked why was he restricting my rental time his response was we don't like to rent for the 24 hr period. I ssid that should be my decision not yours because Uhaul's standard is 24hrs. Will never use that site again and telling my neighborhood circle also.

Terrible experience- storage place that offered U-haul , zero customer service, disappointing that it happened. Refuse to give a hand without explanation. Embarrassing situation. Soft gentleman, certainly not the type to get their hands dirty and help. Upon getting home found countless examples on tik-tok etc of u-haul employees helping and going extra mile. Not at this location , never going back there, other locations much better. Hate to blast these two men but instead of deselecting a situation they preferred to ramp it up. Really probably not capable, very intrested in referring to videos, when asked if elderly or ladies were here how would they handle it , just kinda shook it off - Thanks for letting me vent . Now I’m mad all over again.
