THIS location was very good. Safe. Well lit. However, the location I originally booked to return the U-Haul at, Country Corner Mini Storage 6507 Beatline Rd Long Beach, MS 39560, was very unsafe. Sketchy. Unmarked. No lighting. No indication that it is a U-Haul drop off facility. Please look into fixing this.

BRENA NThey had my trailer parked in a location that was unmonitored and had no idea when I picked up. Then called me hours later to ask why I didn’t pick up. Then made me return to the store/ storage area… and let them tell me that I had correctly connected everything. This location cost me 3 hours of travel time and 15 dollars of gas to make them fix. Their bad practices
