STEVEN FTruck ramps too steep. Tires need to be balanced. BAD BAD experience. Employee called to ask me to have truck back earlier, it was rented out for next day.

BUFORD BThere needed to be a U Haul sign on main road. Included with the storage available . It was kind of confusing. I received a text stating drop my u haul off at that particular location . I was coming from out of state. It all worked it. Better clarity is needed.
