The worker was not very helpful and didn't explain the drop off location well. The truck was clean but ran terribly.

STEVEN KI was told my one way drop off in lgv was $177. Which i paid, I personally asked if I didn't need the tow dolly could I bring it back, I was told if it was 30 minutes or less it would be free, but having to travel to Astoria just to get my car, it wasn't feasible, We got to my car, it started so we didn't need the dolly, we decided to drop it off in Astoria, the people at Astoria were great and informed me that the total charge for a day use was only $45 ( approx), why was I charged $177?? one way to lgv,,,,, I was never told, even thou we had to come back to long Beach, the charge would only be $45, I feel that I was scammed into a charge that I didn't need, and was NEVER explained that..... Astoria refunded me $100.
