My pickup location was changed and I was not notified and the uhaul workers were the most rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. It’s very sad that you have such a big company and you cannot hire qualified people to service their customers.
Jerry CThe door on the truck that we rented did not seal correct, there was a lot of road noise. Not one of the better trucks I have rented. Besides the door, the truck and cab were clean.

Jose EWe ended up having to extend our rental due to the fact that the wipers were not great, and we ended up having a massive thunderstorm. Also we couldn't use it that evening because the passenger headlight was out, which made it unwise to drive in the rain and in the dark. The app wasn't too hard to navigate, although it could have been a little clearer. Overall the experience was fine, was just very disappointed that we had to extend it and end up paying more money when we shouldn't have had to.
