The truck was VERY clean inside and out. At first I thought it was a new truck and then I saw it had over 100,000 miles on it! Whoever maintains the truck is doing an outstanding job.

Rental and dropoff process was extremely smooth!
Pasang SYour online scheduling system is terrible. We had our 1st reservation, scheduled over 1 month ago, cancelled because they said there is no truck and the reservation does not guarantee a truck, only a phone call????? We scheduled another truck and when we went to pick up the truck the dealer said they didn't have a truck, and they didn't know why the system booked it for us???? The people at that location helped us lock down the truck at 1545 Main st & luckily that truck was actually there. overall condition of truck was fine. The scheduling system is complete trash, thanks for wasting a bunch of our time, energy and gas trying to get the trucks we supposedly reserved. Would not suggest going through U-haul if you actually need a truck!!
EDWARD SI dropped off overnight and they gave me easy to follow instructions to drop truck off.
