Your online scheduling system is terrible. We had our 1st reservation, scheduled over 1 month ago, cancelled because they said there is no truck and the reservation does not guarantee a truck, only a phone call????? We scheduled another truck and when we went to pick up the truck the dealer said they didn't have a truck, and they didn't know why the system booked it for us???? The people at that location helped us lock down the truck at 1545 Main st & luckily that truck was actually there. overall condition of truck was fine. The scheduling system is complete trash, thanks for wasting a bunch of our time, energy and gas trying to get the trucks we supposedly reserved. Would not suggest going through U-haul if you actually need a truck!!
