The vehicle itself was in great condition. But everything else was not. The physical location and process left much to be desired. Vehicles are double-parked everywhere, including the rental vans. In the parking spot where I picked up the van, there was not enough room to do my intake photos without first moving the vehicle. Too close to a barbed wire fence and other rental vehicles to do a proper walk-around. At return time, I arrived shortly after a different rental return. I had to wait for him to complete his entire return process, as his van was blocking both the parking spot for my van and double-parked by my personal vehicle. Customer service was passive-aggressive that I had a pickup close to the end of their business day, and pushed the insurance option hard after I had already declined it during the reservation. I picked this location sight-unseen because it would be the least miles round-trip for my short rental. I would not pick this location again.
