Excellent service. Above and beyond
Karl PI was to pick up truck by 5. Got to the place at 4:35 they were in such a hurry to leave that they did not give me any information. What I needed to do or mileage. They left the premises vefore5 and before I did. Very poor service
Lynn BInstead of charging me again, he noticed the mistake of the pick up location charging my card and taking more than he was going to charge me after drop off. He was extremely kind, very patient, and placed my account on hold instead of charging me an extra 100 dollars. He caught the mistake saying my account should have placed a hold until drop off, not a charge and refused to over charged me. Such a sweet caring person!
