KEVIN NThis was a limited interaction (just a car trailer), and it went quite well, so I don't have any penetrating comments for improvement here. But I can say it is in stark contrast with a previous attempt at a trailer rental a few years ago at another U-Haul location in this city, so it was just stellar in comparison.
