Only truck available had a broken windshield. I tried to explain to the folks at this location that the time allowed for my move would not be adequate for my needs. I did not even leave the pickup town until after the stated return date. I am approaching 68 years old and a very difficult situation.( I was packing the aftermath of a robbery) More time would have been greatly appreciated and very helpful for a senior citizen. Customer service was extremely rude and I did not receive the promised call back from a supervisor as promised.
