The Longmont location is wonderful! Highly recommend. I had to make a change to my reservation over the phone, and the person on the phone did not let me know that they had changed the location of the pickup. We went to the first location and they had no idea that I had changed my reservation. Then we were sent to the second location which was great, but I feel as though my experience on the phone was subpar. Could be better.
