Remi JIt is not a location. It’s a barber shop. The people there did not know what to do. They did not know how to get access to the softwares. It took an eternity to find thé Keys of the cars. At the end, I received too many different invoices with inaccurate information!!!
JeanHilaire YLe gérant était absent. L employé qui était disponible n avait aucune formation. Cela a pris près d une heure pour avoir le camion. L employé a fait de son mieux mais la personne responsable est irresponsable et incompétente. Aucun des employés n avait la formation pour la location de camion. Lorsque qu’ils ont contacté le gérant il a répondu qu’il arrivait dans 10 minutes et il n’est jamais venu. Très mauvais service de la pat de U-Haul
