J’avais opté pour 24/7 avec application Impossible de récupérer mon camion seule J’ai du demandé au détaillant de m’aider (une chance qu’il était ouvert!) Lui a même n’a pas réussi et a dû appeler son représentant Ils ont été obligé d’annuler et de refaire la réservation. Difficilement. J’ai eu une heure de retard sur le pick up. De plus ma facture est de 160$ au lieu des 80$ estimé alors que j’ai fait moins de km que prévu et pris moins de temps! Incompréhensible et je l’avoue très décevant

I rented the vehicle on a Saturday and they told me they would reimburse me on Monday for the extra money I gave them in case I used the vehicle for more kilometers than I estimated. However, I had to call back the next THURSDAY to "remind" them reimburse me for the extra fees...
