The fuel meter on the receipt is not the same in actual
ANJO TPaper and cans left in truck. The rear suspension of the truck was finish. Also, not even 1/4 tank left. less than 100km of autonomie.
Alexandre MVery disappointing experience. The truck was not clean at pickup, which already gave a poor first impression. On top of that, there was an issue with the seat belt/security sensor, causing a constant alarm for the entire trip. Listening to an alarm for the whole distance was extremely stressful and distracting while driving. This is really not acceptable for a rental vehicle and raises concerns about maintenance and inspection before handing over the truck.
Mohamed KThe electronic mechanism that alerts you when the seatbelt isn't fastened was disconnected, so even when I fastened the seatbelt properly, the beep sounded every 20 seconds... very annoying. I picked up the truck when it had only a quarter tank of gas left. It was very difficult to estimate how to get the gas level back to a quarter tank when returning the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty, and the truck bed was even dirtier. When I returned the vehicle, the rental manager wasn’t there, so there was no way to verify if my bill was correct (mileage). I had made a reservation for 6 hours. I used the vehicle for 3 hours. Normally, I should have received a price adjustment. ... I was told it was the same price, but I strongly doubt that.
