Self check in and check out in the app is absolute trash, it didn't work and we had to go get the manager both to get the truck and to return it. They were very sweet and helpful tho, their service is 5 star, U-Haul app and website is 0 star

To get the invoice when i returned the vehicucle was long and difficult.
Martin BTruck really dirty inside and out, coffee spills inside, etc… Bad fuel reading on the paperwork, I even told the attendant before I left with the truck, he said: it’s all good, just bring it like that at this level. I drove a TOTAL of 11 miles (17,5 KM), put 5$ of gaz, and I got charged 68$+ of gaz!!!! I filled a complain for reimbursement, 72 hours to wait. Really bad experience.
Carl NProblem with the link to register the driver’s licence. Could photogram the front of the document but it didn’t work for the back. We registered with the guy but it took time.
