The rental facility was nice but it is not where we rented our auto transport trailer. We were guaranteed a trailer at a Waco location. When my husband showed up to pick up the rental, the location did not have one. They found him one in Lorena which was an hour out of our way. That location closed at 3:00, and by this time, it was 2:30. I am giving a shout-out to the rep at your Lorena location who stayed after his shift to ensure we were able to get the trailer. It was also disappointing because I had received great customer service on the phone the day before.
