I was charged for gas when there was 40 miles over the mileage that was when I picked it up. So now I have to wait 5 days for my deposit . Not happy at all that was all I had

The location happened to be within three miles of my home which was very convenient. The instructions on retrieving and leaving the trailer worked very well.
Gene VI was over charged due to be told I kept the truck longer than a day. I turned it into a different location the same day I rented it. I was charged for two extra days. I explained this to them and was still over charged.
CHERYL KI rented a trailer, and the U-Haul person helped me hook it up to the trailer. He tightened down the hitch ball, but did not tighten it enough. About a mile down the road the trailer came off the hitch. Fortunately the trailer chains did their job. But there was some cosmetic damage to my vehicle. I know I should have checked it myself, but i thought I could trust an employee who deals with trailer rentals on a regular basis.
