You have to be prepared to go to both their Esso and their Chicken Chef location to pick up keys and then pick up the vehicle. When I finally received my rental receipt, I was charged for millage I didn’t use and for fuel even though I had put fuel in before dropping it off. I had also said I wanted to use a credit I had for the rental and they didn’t use it at all and charged full rental to credit card.
