Absolutely the WORST rental experience EVER! The Uhaul app, that we were FORCED to use at this location, DOES NOT WORK! They obviously need to send it back to their QA team. This location is a convenience store and the clerks have NO CLUE about the Uhaul rental process and have no knowledge how to assist. Plus the truck contained no dolly or blankets which were ordered. THE WORST!!!! Rent from UHAUL only if they have a counter for assistance, as you will definitely need it, if forced to use the APP, as the phone support took an hour before I could pull the truck out of the parking lot!

It was extremely difficult and even though I wasnt able to easily pick up the truck which put me behind in my move there was no grace period and no concession made by u haul I was told that I would be charged for an extra day when I had only rented the truck for four hours. I would never use that location to get a truck again. Very dissatisfied.
david H.Uhaul phone support sucks. The app is horrible. I made a reservation at a different location and U-Haul cancelled it and could not give me a reason why. We used U-Haul for work and have switched truck companies.
Rick J.I had a horrible experience. My pickup took so long that I missed my window of time to get my furniture. Which is the whole reason I rented the truck. When I called U-Haul on the day they said I'd be ok hold for over an hour. I was offered $50 by a customer service person and I let them know that this issue was not resolved for me and I'd like a full refund and they did not reply. I followed up still no reply. And I just got my bill and they over charged me for gas when I out more fuel in the tank than when I got it. I've rented with U-Haul for over 10 years and never had an experience this poor.
CHRISTIAN M.The back roll up gate on this 10' truck was constantly getting stuck making it take 2 people to open it. Also, the cab was disgustingly dirty and smelled like sweat.
