Everything about the experience was great! The guys were awesome both at pickup & at drop off. The vans I rented were great (ICE COLD a/c ok??), and was exactly what we needed to move.
KATHLEEN WI was not very familiar with how to use or connect a trailer, the staff were incredibly helpful and connecting and disconnecting, they went out of the way to make sure I had a good experience. Thank you.
ARSEN HThis location is in an area surrounded by the unhoused. Is it possible to make the area feel safer?
JOSIEN OThe attendant (manager?) who helped was in a rush to get customers out of his office. My partner and I barely got to ask any questions. At one point I asked how much would the extra charge be if I arrived 30 minutes late to which he replied, “oh we’ll charge you an extra day if you don’t get here on time.” The guy was rude. Will not come back here again.
