Prices were to high for a 3hr use. The truck I rented was missing an ac duct on the left and the driver mirror would not stay in place. When I was asking about the deposit. I was told 3 to 5 business days and got cut off and told thank you have a nice day. The customer service person was rude in cutting me off and ending my experience.

JAIME SWhile I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the manager, Ray, I unfortunately had a few issues with the vehicle itself. The condition of the truck was far below standards. The passenger-side door was malfunctioning, requiring excessive force to close, which was inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Additionally, the truck was visibly dirty. A few warning lights were on, most notably the tire pressure. This not only posed a safety concern but also resulted in noticeably decreased in fuel efficiency causing the truck felt sluggish and heavy, leading to significantly higher than expected fuel consumption.
