It was an empty lot that was covered in snow, had not been cleared at all, left truck stuck in snow and ice in middle of lot.

ALYSSA SAdvertised as 24/7 but is not. Scheduled a 7:30am dropoff and the gates were locked with a chain -- no one to help and no one answering the phone. Had to leave the truck outside the gates.
