There was no one here. I tried calling and it went to voicemail. Had to unhook by myself and struggled to get the trailer off the hitch because the parking lot was not level. I purposely chose a weekday return to have help if needed.
Nancy PExperienced lots of trouble with the virtual checkout. Took nearly an hour. Also the time and pickup location were changed just one day before the pickup date.
