Friendly service and felt they were there to help assist in anyway so I rate it a 5 star experience. Other Uhaul places in the area didn't have anything available and one was quite rude by hanging up on us. But this place came through and saved the day.

the truck was dirty & full of trash.
HAILEY RWhen renting the truck it wasn't explained to me I would be charged by the mile. The price I was quoted for a 24hr rental doubled after checkout.
CHARLES WAlso I informed the U-Haul representative at the drop off location about heat not working in he said they will make a note and have the mechanics check it out. In contact the local branch in California we’re I picked up the truck at.
