The one guy that can handle the UHaul rentals should be there when a rental is to be picked up. Then, why did I enter all details into the UHaul app prior to my arrival if he was going to enter all those same details as well? These were basic details such as length, dropoff location, etc., and then he wanted the more advanced details on emergency contact info and such. I don't understand why that was necessary if it were already included in the order, and I don't know where the disconnect is there -- UHaul or the location.
