MADILYN LWhen I arrived to pick up the reserved truck. I was told the did not have one for me. The person working seemed he couldn't care less. He gave me a customer service # to call. When I call that Gentleman on the phone kept telling me I was giving him the wrong reservation # it was the reservation ' that was sent to me on an email. He kept telling me it was not enough numbers. I WILL NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN. I can't even tell you how much trouble this cause us on what was supposed to be our moving day.
