The man behind the counter is very rude and inconsiderate. I would not give these people my money. He also tried to cheat me out of money for mileage.

The website said they had an appliance dolly but when it was time to pick up the truck the store did not have one. I even called customer service trying to locate one and wasn’t able to. Not sure why they’re so scarce but maybe supply them with more so they’re available when needed.
DEASHANAE HWe reserved a truck weeks in advance. It got switch 2 days before the date of pick up. We were sent to 2 different locations and charged extra!! I will never use uhaul ever agian!!
