He never told me that he was going to charge me mileage I had another rental from U-haul with no mileage and I was thinking it was the same ,and he did not tell me about mileage!!!!!!

Jorge MU-Haul was very dirty on the inside, check engine light was on, you could hear that it had an exhaust leak or head gasket leak which was really loud when pressing on the gas pedal, and the steering was very loose which made it easy to lose control.
