Brad SThe location here (S.Spring Street) was scheduled open at 8am. I put a order for 11am on a 5×8 enclosed around 9am with an 11am pickup. I arrive early around 10:45am and gate is closed, open sign is off, and no one is around. I call u haul before trying to enter u haul lot and customer service says they are open. I pull open gate, and start knocking on building doors to no avail. I'm on hold with customer service and they are trying to contact business to no avail. I see written on a 8×11" paper stuck to window a number to call for U-haul help. I'm on phone so I text to wife and she calls, no answer. She calls again and guy answers and says he'll meet me outside. He then is annoyed that he didn't get order and is accusatory while I show him order/reservation number and time. He boots the PC up and says, oh here it is but I'm early, pickup isn't until 11:15 and it's 11:12. Bad representative for U haul.
