The customer service is always great at the location. Friendly staff that is always ready for you at your time of arrival for your reservation. I wanted to note that the motorcycle trailer that Uhaul rents may cause damage to the kick stand spring on the bottom of your motorcycle. The ramp is too steep for some motorcycles causing them to bottom out when riding up onto the trailer. This happened to me the first time I rented one and it broke my kickstand spring. I use a 2 x 8 board that is around 5 to 6 feet long as an additional ramp and I don’t have any issues when I use that board.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkN/A, everything was smooth
Justin MThe motorcycle trailers aren't designed properly and ripped the spring off below the kickstand twice. We had to jack it up on the hook up end to get it of safely. The location we rented from was perfect. Very accommodating .
