Tarasha SThis was a cannibas/misc store. The gentleman in charge was aloof and borderline rude. He was also Indian and didn't seem to care much for women. I had to go through a toll and asked how this was handled. He said U-Haul will probably send me a bill. I asked if it would be the toll amount or a larger "penalty" fee and he said "it is what it is". What the...? That's how we treat customers now? U-Haul also changed the drop off location which added an additional 30 miles to my trip. I exceeded the allowed mileage due to multiple location changes for pick-up and drop-off. I would currently warn anyone asking about a recommendation to use U-haul, and would suggest they find another option.
