At the time I picked up the 4x8 trailer, we had a wind event (Loveland, CO 12/19/25) This location was under an Excel Energy power outage for wildfire danger. Gene was able to use his phone to get me checked in, and I had my U-Haul in short time. In addition, dropping the trailer at the Acadamy location in Colorado Springs was great! I pulled in, and the attendant unhooked the trailer, did the paperwork, and under 10 minutes I was on my way. Awesome job, guys 👊
