He ensured the equipment was travel ready and answered all my questions and asked if I knew how to use the equipment. I would definitely recommend Gene and his Uhaul business.
MICHAEL RI had a trailer reserved at the Cheyenne, Wyoming. Reserved. They called me the day before the pickup date said they didn't have a trailer for me. Told me I had to make a 100 miles trip to get one in Loveland, Colorado. Felt like they should have got it for me. Didn't offer a discount for my gas or time. Didn't seem right.
