It's the only dealer in LOVELL WY. The truck was had NO FUEL & the local Hardware store had to be called by region Manager to come cut the Bolt off of KEYBOX after an hours wait. Then I saw the Gas Tank on empty & pd $100 to fill I. I have not recd credit for that Fuel or 1 hr wait for bolt cutters. I ruined in the truck in Worland, WY & passed ck. Filed claim for $100 fuel & a few wks later got a charge for $137 ?? Which I am disputing at this moment to refund me. I see a bill emailed to me now for over $300/still no fuel reimbursemt/$137 debited with no notice & an outstand$300 bill & I think this has gone too Collection's as well now??My gosh, I drove the truck from Lovell to Worland, my back went out (scoliosis) for 2 days. The truck sat for 2 days at motel 2 blocks from Eastside Sinclair who I am in dispute with....I am on a fixed income, never made the full planned storage move...& I possible collections. As I said still no $100 fuel I had to put in to drive 1 1/2 hrs & I have no idea at this point how to get that fuel reimbursement plus anyday Eastside Sinclair $137 debit 4???Very disappointed so so so much.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pick up location is a business closed at the time I arrived. The owner came within about 5 minutes after I called the number on the sign. I really appreciated it as I was approximately 90 minutes early for my reservation. He took care of everything quickly and we were able to get on our way earlier than expected.
