The pick up location is a business closed at the time I arrived. The owner came within about 5 minutes after I called the number on the sign. I really appreciated it as I was approximately 90 minutes early for my reservation. He took care of everything quickly and we were able to get on our way earlier than expected.

The man that helped me was very polite and went above and beyond even going as far as to loan me his personal adapter for the trailer lights I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul
