Have the truck I ordered at the right location and not make a customer drive 4 hours to get the truck that had been reserved for months. And then drive it back. I am so upset it put us all behind on time and yes I got a discount for the extra miles I had to drive to go get the truck. And some off the price but it didn't make up for the time. All around next time I will use a moving company. The stress alone was not okay.
