At the store on 34th the attendant was extremely rude. He claimed he was the asst. manager. He sent us to pick up the trailer and on that street there are two locations. The gentleman that helped us with the trailer on the third site we went to was nice however the trailer had no lights. We had to wait and travel until late morning instead of early morning like we planned. The location drop off on 6335 Mesa St in El Paso as excellent, Please make sure the equipment is in good condition and make sure the attendant on 34th street learns how to have good customer service.

Peggy Bthis location had no lighting which made the after-hours return extra challenging. there was also limited room to park the truck. In addition, the uhaul app lost my photos three times and were not successfully uploaded. I would definitely not recommend the app for returning the truck.
