The people who run Monterey Storage were not at location by the time my reservation was ready. They were 20 minutes late. On Uhaul itself, the truck was not properly checked out in their system which made it almost impossible for me to check the vehicle out. My reservation was supposed to start at 10 AM. I did not drive away until almost 11 because of this. Not super happy with the service.

It was an abandoned lot with a key box down an alley. I dropped the truck off on Monday at 4pm and the receipt said Wednesday morning. I never spoke to anyone so I guess it was normal. Night and day from the facility I picked up from.

Annette MJust make sure they are aware of the pickup time. They were 30min late and were not planning on arriving until 11 had U-Haul not called them.
Friedrich WPickup location was dirty. Roaches in the blankets. I tried to do early pickup, location would not answer/return call. Also I was shorted one blanket and appliance dolly was not at location.
