I appreciate the help I received during my call to U-Haul. There was a touch of confusion on being able to locate the truck and then getting the key code. From the direction of the truck, I couldn't see the truck number to verify before receiving the key code. But it was like a fun escape room. The truck was clean and wonderful. Pickup and drop off was easy. I'm certain I will use this location again...and I've already told friends how easy it was. Thank you.

MIGUEL CThe staff at the Bolton Self Storage rental facility in Lubbock, Tx were very helpful, and they saw to all my needs. They made everything go smoothly, and I appreciate their help. I apologize for not refilling the truck's tank upon return. I pulled in the lot using my code, when I realized I skipped that step; and I thought if I leave and come back it may only be a one time use gate code and I'd be stuck outside the lot. But overall, great help in helping me get this moving task complete.
