The car wash employee rudely told me where to park the truck, while using foul language every other word. He was not happy with how I was doing it, so he said 'just get out and let me do it.' He then said we were good to go. Come to find out, he did not check the truck back in on his end, so U-Haul kept reaching out saying the equipment was not returned. It was extremely stressful and we will never use that location again.

We had paid for a two wheel dolly which was not included on the truck. Also the back of the truck was filled with ants which we had to spray and sweep out the back before using. We had trouble getting the key to open upon pick up and reached out to the owner of the car wash who called us back twice to help. We very much appreciate his timely help, especially on a Sunday morning.
