Make the auto check in easier. Been renting g from uhaul for a long time and have never had to have to call 2 references. Very inconvenient. Wasn't happy. Nobody has time for that.

Reinaldo CThe car wash employee rudely told me where to park the truck, while using foul language every other word. He was not happy with how I was doing it, so he said 'just get out and let me do it.' He then said we were good to go. Come to find out, he did not check the truck back in on his end, so U-Haul kept reaching out saying the equipment was not returned. It was extremely stressful and we will never use that location again.
