The cashier was extremely rude. We rented from a second party rental. He threw the keys down on the counter and told me if I didn't fill it up he was going to charge me some ridiculous amount. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

The U-Haul representative at the gas station barely spoke English and was having difficulty helping me. I completed the online reservation and check in process, and the representative was very confused and misinformed about the entire thing. I rented a dolly and the dolly was not present with the truck. The representative told me that I would have to go to a U-Haul facility to pick up the dolly. When I started the truck, I noted that the check engine light was on. I went back inside the gas station to let the representative know, and he directed me to an actual U-Haul location for help. The representative at the actual U-Haul facility was not helpful either. When I told him about the check engine light, he asked me if the truck was driving badly. I expressed concern about being stranded with a broken down truck, and he said that as long as the truck is not driving badly it was probably fine and to call if I had any issues.
Cailin HI told the employee I was dropping off and he just looked at me for a minute and said "is that all?" I asked if there was a receipt or something showing I dropped off and he just said "you'll get a text or email or something."
Rhenda MTires were flat. Side window was busted. I had to film the tires myself. Back of the van had dirt all in it. I had bought furniture blankets and they did not give me them. This place was terrible and your customer service do nothing to help me.
