BORIS BHave been using UHaul for over a decade and extremely disappointed with this experience. The truck was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. We had to ride with the windows down and 90° weather because the smell was so bad. The total rental was around $150 and when I filed a complaint, I got $27 back which seemed like a slap in the face.
