I paid for a ln appliance dolly which I did not receive. When I asked the employee about it he was of no help AT ALL. When I asked who was the usual representative he said his boss and he won’t be back until next week. He claimed not to have ANY UHAUAL DOLLYS didn’t offer any solutions to the problem they created. When I called customer service they weren’t any better and im still charged for something I never received
