This was a complete failure. Wouldn't answer their phone, even during their own self described business hours. Told me they would check me in and I would get an e-mail later that day. No e-mail, no check in. Called U-Haul the next day, they couldn't get ahold of the drop off location or the district manager. Waited another day, Called u-haul again, no chick in completed, no e-mail. and it ran past the time I was supposed to drop it off. Didn't know what to do next. Finally at the very end of the day, I received an e-mail that the district manager checked it in, and set the checking time to the very last second. which was 11:00 am early that day. Idon't think I will ever rent a U-Haul trailer again unless I have absolutely no choice.
